in January 2010 arvato entered into a global 5 year strategic BPO partnership. Core to the agreement was a move to an output based, Managed Service Model (MSM) relationship. Source worked with both arvato and their client to manage the initial transition of services and provided bespoke training courses on how to work as part of a MSM based outsourcing contract
source provided a blend of hands on expert support to help arvato deliver successful transitions across 6 global locations and also developed bespoke training courses to equip both parties with the necessary skills to manage the new relationships. They also developed a guide booklet to support the training and provided a range of additional services including setting up an operational PMO, sourcing a SaaS based reporting system and facilitating transformational inititaives
